Paris sighed as Glasgow walked away, but continued towards the ticket barrier. Strutting passed a few awkward teenagers who were gathering at the door, she bought her ticket (feeling extremely proud that she remembered how to work the machine) and waited for the other two to wait up. Paris looked forward to having a little fun today, her papa was too busy with his friends to entertain her and Ottawa wasn't currently visiting. She smirked when she thought about the handsome Canadian boy, and turned towards her friends.
"Come on, you two. We haven't got all day~"

"Piccadilly Circus! There's a lot of good shops there, and so much I need to buy...." Paris continued to ramble on and on before realising that no one was, in fact, listening to her. Frowning, she turned to London (who seemed to be entranced by a Metro) and was about to complain about the lack of attention.
Tapping her foot, she decided that she would have to wait until London was done reading her boring newspaper. "So, Glasgow, do you 'ave any idea where this Dundee might be? If we are going to be looking for 'im, anyway."

"and Piccaadilly circus? Ive never been there before Any good Shoe shops? I really like my Shoes " She pointed to her black Uggs and then got out her phone and checked the football scores . "What come on Rangers your up against Hibs for Deus sake" She said looking at The blackberry screen and putting it back in her pocket.

Noticing Paris had finally got round to buying a ticket, London folded the Metro over and tucked it under her arm, ready to go and board the train.
"The best shoe shops aren't in Piccadilly itself, but in Oxford Street which is really near by - easily withing walking distance," she answered, swiping her Oyster Card across the sensor at the gate, vaguely wondering how many times Paris would try swiping her own ticket until she realised that paper tickets go through the machine differently.
"Oh, and can we go to Hamleys in Regent Street too? Dad used to take me back when it first opened back in 1881. It'd be sort of nostalgic to go back again and see how much has changed."

Paris stared after Glasgow and London, confused as she had just witnessed two different ways of inserting the ticket... thing. She glanced down at the ticket in her hand, and back at the barrier.
Londres had just swiped it, and she lived here so surely Paris should trust her, right? Taking a step forward, she attempted to swipe her ticket. Nothing happened. Again, she swiped it; maybe she just didn't do it properly? Getting frustrated, she attempted once more. Sighing in frustration, she looked up at London and Glasgow who were standing at the other side chatting, apparently waiting for her.
"Lizzie, your stupid machine won't let me get in! It's because I'm French, isn't it? Bah! I thought you got over the whole Hundred Wars thing years ago... "

Paris stared at the complex piece of machinery in front of her. Puzzled, she proceeded to stick the paper ticket in where directed by Glasgow. The gate opened. Paris pretended to nod in understanding while really continuing to be confused. Quickly walking through, she turned to the other two like the past three minutes had just not happened and in "reality", they were slowing her down.
"So, mes amis, now you have finally managed to catch up with moi, we should get a move on and catch the next - "
Glancing quickly over at the platform, she was soon to notice their train was now departing.
"... Ah." She then began to run as fast as her platform heels would take her towards the train.
